He worked in various international roles from Market Research to Registrations and then to more senior management roles at Uniroyal Chemical (USA). After 11 years with Uniroyal, he worked for Nufarm (Australia), also based in Singapore, for seven years in senior positions. He set up his own agricultural chemicals trading and marketing company, Pacific Agriscience, in 1999.
Throughout his career, he has been deeply involved in market development, sales and promotion of foliar fertilizers, micronutrients and biostimulants, in addition to proprietary pesticides.
